Filter for responsible

I want to create a filter what shows me all issues what is belongs to me.

I've create one, with assignee was me, but I'd like to create another where I am the responsible.

I tried to edit my query, but when I start to type responsible, it not show me that field.

How can I achieve this?

Although this question was posted a long time, what I believe the questioner was asking is about the Jira's "Assignee" field, in which for other languages (Portuguese for instance), it would be translated as "Responsável" (Responsible in english).

Responsible is not a standard Jira field. Is this a custom field that you (or your Admin) has created? Is it a field that appears on one of your screens? Screenshot? We need more info about this to help you.
