Hello,

I have created a plan in Advanced Roadmaps. I then created a filter containing 2 projects and 4 sprints (each project contains 2 sprints). I assigned this filter to the first team as the issue source, and I created a board as the issue source for the second team. My concern is that the sprints for the first team do not appear in the plan. However, the sprints for the second team do appear. I don't understand why the sprints for the first team are absent. Could I get some help, please?

Thank you

Were the sprints created on the same board?

There was a similar discussion here regarding how Sprints have to be created on the same board. (Quote below from this thread, which may be relevant: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Cloud-Admins-questions/Sprints-not-showing-on-Project-Roadmap/qaq-p/1919281 )

"From Atlassian support, since the Sprints were CREATED on another board (the team-managed board), they will not appear on this project roadmap(company-managed) board.  Even if they EXIST on the company-managed board."
