I have added a security level to my issues and would like to filter the issues for which the security level is not configured. In the advanced filter option, I am able to find an option to filter using LEVEL keyword for a configured security level but not seeing an option to filter out the issues whose security level is not configured (i.e). none.

Is there any way we could filter the issues whose security level is not configured?

Hey @sarathkumar ,

"None" is actually JIRA's way of saying it's empty.

You should be able to filter them using "Level is EMPTY"

User wants to return issues with security level; it is not possible using "Security Level" from issue navigator
Solution:
Level = "xxxxx"
Replace "xxxxx" with the appropriate Issue Security Level
