The filter i have created is shared with all logged in user, but still for some reason when i try to search it for in the plan to select it as an issue source, it is not showing up.
Has any one observed this behavior and have idea how do i fix it
Do you have result when searching for your filter but not the right filter is listed or do you have no filter returned at all ?
Do you have any special character in the filter name ?
If possible can you share a screenshot of what is returned if it's not sensitive data and the name of your filter ?

Filter returns value just not the filter which i am looking for.
It only has underscore in the name for special character.
After i complete typing the name of the filter the drop down says "No option"

Can you try to rename your filter and avoid using underscore ?
You may face this issue . I remember having issue on Dashboard when using this cgaracter into a filter name.
