I created a filter several months ago. Recently I created an issue ticket which meets all criteria in the filter but the filter won't update to take the most recent issue under account. The problem arises on the PC platform as well as JIRA iOS.
Hi @Jean Gagne ,
Can you please share more details, such as the filter query and the values of the issue that should match the filter criteria? Thanks!
First, this is a screenshot showing the JQL Query attributes... Then, the hyperlink of the issue ticket that should have been taken into account by my filter.

The link you provided is to your Jira instance. We are (mostly) a user community with our own Jira instances, and we don't have access to your Jira instance.
Can you provide a screen image of the issue that matches the criteria but is not appearing in your filter results?

The Request Type on the issue you've shown doesn't match your criteria.
Your criteria requires the Request Type to be "Declarer un incident (DTI)".
The Request Type of the issue you've shown is "Aucun".

@Trudy Claspill OMG ! OMG ! I forgot that, in our JIRA instance, when you create an issue ticket, there is a "issue type" field and a "ticket type" field and I forgot to declare "an incident" on the "ticket type". Now, it works ! Thanks for telling me what I have forgotten. This is why it happened (hyperlink to my newest question) CASE CLOSED.
