Filtering on Dashboard Gadgets

I'm building out a Dashboard consisting of many types of gadgets that are pulling from custom filters I've created from my JIRA project. I would like to add filters to the top of each Dashboard gadget so users can further customize the data they're seeing. Is this possible?

Hi @Aileen Leitner Buck 

That is not possible with Jira native Dashboards. You would need an app for that. I personally prefer eazyBI. Take a look at this sample dashboard.
