Filters & Issue search dropdown not loading for one user

Hi,

One of our user is having issue with Issue drop down & filter listing.

Her Issue drop down is not working & also favourite filters are not loaded when we go to the search page by clicking any gadget data that navigate to search screen.

Even when we admins log into her login same issue is there.

Only in her login issue is there.She has saved some 304 filters, tried loading each filters & all works fine.

Has somebody faced this issue?Stuck with this since 2 weeks.

Hi @Shilpa Sanil

Your user might not have 'Browse issues' permission for none of the jira projects in that setup.

Please check..

Thankyou for the reply.

But i tried loading all her filters and result is there. If browse permission is not there then the result wont be displayed right?

Might be that she had browse access when she created those filters.

And when you execute a filter, the results just prove that you have access and not the filter creator still has access..

Would strongly recommend you to give her browse permissions for atleast 1 project and check.

Hi Fazila,

 

I checked the same and my user has browse permission to all the projects.
