Hi there! Please tell me if it is possible to create a widget or filter (or any other method) that will show tickets that are being on QA or Review columns, in which the time spent on work has not been tracked. We are using Tempo. Is such a setting possible in Jira?

you could use the "timespent" parameter.
E.g.: timespent = 0 and status in ("QA Tesitng",Review)
Please note that time tracked is not saved against the status (if that is what you are after) only the issue itself.
