Filterting particular item from the list

Hi Community!

For example, i have a filter, which gives me 1000 items in the list.

Is there any way to point a specific item from the filter with 1000 items, which has position number 353 for example?

Regards,

Katja

Hi Ekaterina - I don't think that is going to be possible. What are you trying to accomplish with that?

Hi John, customer has asked it, since they are developing and making a lot of issues. So would like to point an issue but without saying issue key in the filter, but with using number.

That just seems like a really weird way to identify the issue since the key is the unique value for the issue. Lists change constantly so number 353 will not stay number 353.

Totally understand. Just on each page we have 20 issues for example and they would like to catch issue on position 19.

Your only other option would be to create a custom number field that gets populated with a value for the position. But you would have to manually maintain that.

Thanks a lot! Wanted to be sure that request has to be rejected, since was thinking the same! Wish you a great day!
