Find Groups in cloud and where they are associated

I am doing Jira cloud site audit and we have many groups and fields and permissions etc.
I need to find all the groups and what they are associated to. This association is to permissions, Notification, issue security, confluence etc. 

What is the best way to do this. I am working with JiraPS to see if that works but seems API maybe better, Is there an app, or some other way than manually tracking this down.

Not aware of an App. API is probably the way to go for this type of task.
