Find Jira Tickets that had a declined or 'request changes' pull request

I would like to keep track of Jira tickets that had a declined or 'Request Changes' pull request, now or in the past, is it possible to do it through JQL?  we use Jira & BitBucket on the cloud and they are linked together already.

JQL queries will return results from inside Jira.

May be you can add a label to the issues that will say either PR declined or PR changed so that you can keep track of them by running JQL queries.
