how can we build an Automation in Jira for duplicate employees names with the same first and last name without sending any notification or error message?

The problem is that how can we build an automation in order to identify those users with same first and last name without sending notifications or adding comments?

So the problem is that you have same users and when creating Automation you cannot choose unique one (you do not know who is who)? 

Could you please clarify?
