It would be nice to have a way to see all tickets which have an open question in their comment.
Some people have a status Needs More Info and move the issue to that status when there is an open question, or something else is needed
Yeah I guessed the answer is something like that. And we will adopt this workflow soon. But meanwhile there are a lot of tickets with loose ends. Guess I have to look them up one by one.
