Firewalling Atlassian Products

Hi!

Having a hard time to figure out exactly what hostnames to add to our firewall in order not to block relevant sites. 

Has anyone got a clue on all the sites Atlassian JIRA, Confluence and Bitbucket needs access to.

I can see all the IPs that are blocked but maping those to some meaningful hostname is a bit harder despite nslookup that doesn't always tell the name. And on top of that, most returns are amazon sites and I take it that they can change reasonably quickly.
