Fix value for custom field in Issue Collector

Hi everyone, I could add the custom field and set the value of it as what I wanted it to be.

However, I am having difficulty in fixing the value as textbox so that the user cannot change the value of the field.

Also, You can remove that text field from the edit screen. It should be added only on the view screen.
