Hi,
I have created a release and trying to assign it to issues through Fix version.I select the release from Fix version field and assign it to the issue. Then if I go back to the release, the issue is not added to it. What possibly am I missing here
To rule out that issue is due to some filters set on release page, can you run the JQL
fixVersion = <your version#>
and see if it returns the issues tagged to the version#
Hi Vishal,
Thank you for the suggestion. I have tried running the JQL but it doesnt show any results.
If it open the issue individually, I can see the fix version updated in it.

This is strange. Can you share the screen shot of the issue key where you see the fixVersion and the JQL query?
Black out any sensitive information. But I will need to see the issue key and associated fixVersion in the issue key along with your JQL query.

in JQL after = JIRA would be giving some options. Can you see if you see April Release 2025 given by JIRA auto sense and try to use that?
