I am wondering if there is any specific configuration required of it is the default behavior or a bug the following:
When I flag an issue from the board (Kanban board), it shows the following popup windows:
it suggests the user to add a comment and after Confirm, a comment is added with the flag icon as follows:
but if I try to flag the issue from the edit screen, then the popup-windows doesn't appear, i.e. open the issue, then go to the ellipsis right click and select Add flag:
The issue get flagged, but the popup windows doesn't show up to suggest the user to enter a comment.
This behavior is odd, because it should be the same functionality regardless of the path the user takes to get there.
I guess it is something can be configured, but we don't know how. We would like to invite the user to add a comment so we know the reason it was flagged, it is less relevant for reverting the action (unflag), but I think for flagging it is better to have additional information about why it was flagged.
Thanks
David
It seems to be a bug as per this link: JSWCLOUD-25392.
