Flag to a project

Im looking to add a Flag to a particular project called Publisher. I need this flag to have two options so that requests can be sorted. Please advise.

There's far too little detail on what you're asking for here.

Do you mean you want a flag on issues in a project? If so, look at the "custom fields" in the standard docs.

If you want flags at a project level, then I'm afraid you're stuck - Jira doesn't do it, and although there are plugins that might help, you can't use them in OnDemand.
