Hi!
I'm trying to create Kanban board that will enable me to sort issues in the same column by drag and drop.
This simple task is apparently not very easy to achieve..
I have two columns: One with all open statuses and another with resolved tickets. All I want is to be able to sort by drag-and-drop the items under the column with all open statuses.
Appreciate the help!

Hello @Dolev Sall
The ordering of issues in the columns is going to be based on the ORDER BY portion of the filter that your board is using.
For your board go to Board Settings > General and review the Filter for the board. Typically a kanban board is ordered by RANK (i.e. relative priority). In that case you can drag and drop the cards within a column to change their relative priority.
Otherwise, the ORDER BY clause will govern the sorting of the cards and you will not be able to change it by drag and drop.
Thanks.
@Trudy Claspill do you know if there is a way to have both?
Meaning, to be able to rank with drag-and-drop but also to be able change priority while doing it.
For example, i remember having a board where i had the priorities as swimlanes and when i dragged "Major" priority to higher place in the column, the priority was updated automatically to "Critical".
Thanks!

I have not had any need to do that, so I am not aware of a way to do it.
I do not believe it is possible to drag cards to a different swimlane.
