Hi, I am wondering how to automatically transition a ticket, on create, to a different status if a condition is met (a field has a certain value).
For example:
Task type = Update to X
When the above Task Type is filled out on created, instead of sending to the normal first status -> the ticket should be sent to a different status.

You will need to consider using an automation or scripting addon, e.g. script runner, automation for Jira, power scripts, etc.
