Hello @Naveen Kumar

You can try Issue History add-on developed by my team. It's being able to show any change in the task. It is also possible to show at what time to which person the task was transferred.

JQL shows the current state of affairs to adjust it to changes - you need to prescribe many conditions and the query will be very difficult.
If you want to go the JQL way, you can also try Dynamic Filters: JQL Replacer & Dashboards by our SaaSJet team. It makes it easier to work with - fewer formulas - more logical expressions, and it's more user-friendly.

Hope it helps.

Best regards, Mariana.

Hi @Naveen Kumar  --  Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can not do that with out-of-the-box Jira JQL.  You would need a marketplace addon which can enhance the JQL functions.

If you have just one defect to consider, I suggest instead reviewing the history for the defect directly to find what you ask.

Best regards,

Bill
