For annual subscription i was charged more, how can i switch back my original plan.

For 10 user i was being charged 11 dollar a month but when I switch to annual plan 700$ was deducted for same plan. Don't know why. Please help.

Please be informed that, when switching from monthly to annual billing Atlassian has a "defined" price listed on their website. I would request you to check this Jira Price calculator
