Form fields overwrite each other
I have a Jira Project in which I have created two forms. After creating the second form, the values entered in the field titles overwrite the first form. See screen recording below. Am I misunderstanding something? Surely this cannot be the intended functionality...?
Another way to demonstrate this is, create a first form, enter some values for the field labels, then create a second form, then go back to the first form, and notice all field labels are erased and reverted back to default!
