Form is unavailable

Hey,

When I create a form in Jira Work Management, no matter what I do, my forms say they are unavailable.

This form is no longer active. Try contacting the owner of the form if you think this is a mistake.

I haven't been able to fix this any way nor find any solutions.

Could you please confirm if you are still an administrator on the project? Are you the one who created the form? 

My first assumption here is that you do not have permission. Could you please double check the permissions?
