Form templates are missing, how do I fix this?

What's wrong with the form templates? I don't see the suggestions anymore as shown in the screenshot. How do I fix this?

Did you try selecting a language, to see if that makes the templates appear?

HI! I tried however the language options didn't appear. It was completely blank which is odd.

Hi. I'm having the same issue. I don't have any template nor language to choose from. 

This happens in different projects.
