Formats for booking time in Jira

Hi Community

We've got a user who is trying to book time in Jira in a format of X.xH e.g. 1.1h for 1h 6m.

The issue we have is when they try to book 4.1h or 8.2h, it errors with an 'invalid time duration' error. Does anyone know why this it?

Our Jira config is set to display time in the 'pretty' format, but I can't seem to find any guidance around formats for booking time, or why you can't book to 4.1h or 8.2h (we can book time in 1.1h, 2.2h etc)

Your help would be appreciated :)

I raised this issue with Atlassian Support and they've confirmed it is a bug in their system.
