Found Solution, please ignore- Unable to view stories and other issues under backlog view
On JIRA cloud, I am trying to do a sprint planning. There are many stories created under various epics. When I click on All issues, I don't see anything under Backlog. Has someone faced a similar issue and solved? I have also observed that tickets in status "Open" is not showing up.
