Hello community,
My team and me just started working with the SCRUM software from Jira a couple of weeks ago. Now i noticed that my team has a different look of the scrum board then me.
I would like my team to have the same display as me of the scrumboard. I have tried to go to the projectsettings and adjust the rights and we gave them admin roles in the project but they are still not having the same view as i am.
Does someone here maybe know how to give my team the same display as i have?
See attachment.
i would like my team to have this display, but at the moment they only see this > see bottom attachment.
If anyone is known with this problem or has a solution i would love to hear!
Thanks in advance,
Greetings, Lynn
Hi Lynn,
Your scrum board is based on a JQL filter and you need to check if your filter is shared with your team. Otherwise your board is hidden from them !
Your screenshots are not clear to understand where you get the second... can you capture the whole screen please?
Regards
Hi Julien,
Thanks for your reply. We have tried adjusting the board filters, but it still seems that only admins can see the board. See image:
This is how my team now sees the SCRUM environment:
As u can see on the left they don't have the option to see the active sprints.
In projectsettings and rights we gave permission to all jira users, but still no change :(
