Full comment history in notification mail

I need for our service desk a notification mail with full comment history, like an anwer to an incoming email.

Do somebody know for a add-on to solve this?

There is a Suggestion for this feature to be added that you can find at JSDSERVER-5228.

Please vote on JSDSERVER-5228 to add impact and you will be notified of any updates to that Suggestion ticket.

This is something i am frequently asked for by our customers, i have just looked at the ticket and would like to vote for this issue but dont seem to be able to? 

What is the best way to get updates on this item if i can't vote or watch this ticket?
