Fullname when users are added in CC

Hi Team,

My team works with JIRA Servicedesk and we receive requests via email too. When a user sends a mail to the mailbox, their Fullname is mapped correctly (looks like the Display Name). However, when users are added in CC of an email, their fullname is same as the mailaddress. 

Is this usual? Is there a way the fullname of users in CC can be mapped correctly?
