Hi,
I upgrade my Jira-Server to 8.11 to use the Anonymization-Feature. Our user are stored in an internal directory with delegated LDAP Authentication with "Copy User on Login" enabled. But I still cannot anonymize any user.

When I try to anonymize any user I get the following error message:

USER_NAME_CHANGE: We can't rename users from external directories. Delete this user from the external directory and then sync it with Jira.

USER_EXTERNAL_ID_CHANGE: We can't change the user ID for this user. Delete this user from the external directory and then sync it with Jira.

Docs:

Jira can't anonymize users that are stored in external user directories. You need to remove a user from the external directory, sync the directory with Jira, and only then anonymize them.

What I'm missing? How can I anonymize a user with delegated auth? As I understand there is no "Directory Sync" as mentioned in the docs within this option.

Please help.
Thx in advance.
