GITHUB integration

We are trying to setup access to our organizational GITHUB account, however, it will only pull the user's personal repositories, not their organizational repositories.  How do we get JIRA to see the organizational repositories rather than the user's repositories.  The user in question is an admin with rights to ALL organizational repositories.
