[GROOVY] Create a 'relates to' issue link

I've written a script that creates several issues based off of a parent issue. A few subtasks along with two issues in a separate project.

Setting up the subtask linking was eash enough, I used the SubTaskManager.createSubTaskIssueLink method.

I can't find anything similar for a 'relates to' issue link though. There doesn't seem to be a corresponding/similar method in the IssueManager interface.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
