Gadget Not working in Jira 8.21 Data Center

Hello Team, 

 As I have added average age chart gadget in JIRA it not loaded properly. 

Please help me if configuration is required for this.

Yes, you definitely need to configure the gadget by selecting at least a project or a filter to see the average age calculation.

I totally agree with you, but when I select on add gadget for average age the form for filling details is not loaded.

You have to provide more information. The full screenshot where we can see the error message and/or the related section of the log file (atlassian-jira.log)
