Gadget Refresh Interval

I need refresh any gadget in 5 minutes, because i have SLAs that expire in 5 minutes, but JIRA only allows refresh in 15 minutes.

How i can do this?

Sane is relative - we don't all have the same requirements, and there shouldn't be a hard coded restriction against functionality that could be useful.

I'm afraid you'll need to tweak some code to do that. The 15 minutes is a pretty arbitrary minimum, but a sane one for a large installation, to keep the load down
