Gadget Subscription not showing in Add Gadget model

I am running through the integration and I am trying to add a confluence gadget to Jira.

This is Stage 3 , Step 5, Number 12

I do not see the "Gadget Subscription" button on my Add Gadget model window. It's blank in the bottom left.
