Gadget as a team scoreboard for friendly competition

I am looking for a gadget that looks similar to the sprint health gadget.

1. The gadget would be one horizontal bar per team member.
2. It would show issues statuses over the last few weeks
3. It would go from red to green for issues opened vs closed

It's kinda like a team scoreboard for some friendly competition/motivation for closing out issues.  I'm open to other suggestions, but this is what I have envisioned for now.
