There is some gadgets related to time, such as Average Age Chart, Resolution Time, Workload Pie Chart, etc.
And you can even use the Two Dimensional Filter, that you can filter by two specific fields that you want to see. For example: Assignee and Σ Time Spent. This way, it will show how much time there is logged by Assignee.
