Gantt Charts didnt show status in JIRA of new generation type

 I have a question about Gantt chart(I tried BigGantt and BigPicture).

Now I’m trying to introduce Gantt chart to our project,
However, it didn’t show status. (It actually has an area for status, but nothing is shown in a each row)
I guess this problem might be because we’re using New generation project now.
I’ll be appreciate you if you have any idea to solve this problem.

Hi, 

You are correct, Next Gen projects are not fully supported by our plugin yet but we are constantly working towards improving the situation. This particular matter has already been addressed and should be released within the nearest maintenance window(possibly next week). You can track this ticket on our side for changes:
