Gantt chart Not loading

Hello,

I use Big picture specifically the Gantt chart for long term planning.  It was working fine for past months, and all of a sudden stopped loading from 27th Oct. I can view the overview board, but when i select Gantt module it keeps on loading. Some days it work, some days it wont work. Why it is so unreliable? I What else can be the reasons? Any suggestions? Yesterday it was working fine, but today it is not loading. I tried different networks but same outcome. Is this a global issue?

There are many variables that can cause the issue; therefore, I recommend reaching out to our Technical Support (via our Service Desk), providing us with more details, e.g.,  base URL, for an individual review of your instance.
