Generate Project report Based on Fields Start date and End Date

I need to generate the Complete project based on Subject, Instead of Time i need on date

I want to generate the project report similar to time tracking ( where Estimated time and time logging is recorded), but i need columns for Target Start and End. Actual Start and End.

Getting the columns is the easy part. The part that maybe cumbersome is customizing your JIRA instance with support from your JIRA administrator to capture these fields (columns) that has the right information for your work management.
Additionally, you may need buy-in from your team to ensure those fields are updated religiously for your team.
I presume the way it is now setup it is NOT capturing the Target/Actual dates at all.

It is just a snap shot of empty fields but my team is filling it , i need an automated report to be generated with these fields as columns instead of time
