Generic jira email not displaying tickets in backlog

Hi

I thought i had this resolved, and then today it seems not.

I am trying to get tickets from one non-registered users though the defauly jiras email addrress to raise tickets on a nboard, but nothing is happening. I have tested from myself and it was working.

 

I have now deleted the whole mail handler and now getting a 404 error when trying to set up the mail handler (maybe I've overwhelmed it trying to sort it out)

 

Would welcome advice

PS - I have tried adding a shared 365 address using microsoft but not wokring only loigging in as me as the mailbox is shared with me
