GenericEntityException - Cannot create new label

Hello,

When I try to create a new Label for my Issue I ended up with the following error. 
Exception occurred:
com.atlassian.jira.exception.DataAccessException: org.ofbiz.core.entity.GenericEntityException:
while inserting: [GenericEntity:Label][issue,293834][label,PRO:Ready_for_Deploy][id,210532][fieldid,null]
(SQL Exception while executing the following:INSERT INTO label (ID, FIELDID, ISSUE, LABEL) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?)
(Duplicate entry '210532' for key 'PRIMARY'))

What is wrong here? 
What needs to be done to overcome this issue?

Where exactly are you seeing this error message?  What are you doing that triggers it?
