Get Field Value with JQL by using CALCULATED FIELDS

I have to get a field value from another issuetype which is not linked. But they are under the same project. Trying to get this code working, no good so far. 

JQL part seems ok.

When it comes to getting the field value, i just can get what I want.

Any help appreciated.
