Get all custom field withJIRA API

Hello,
After a lot of research, I still can't find the solution to my problem, because I want to get the custom field list on my Jira instance. I wanted to know if it was possible. If it is, can you help me to solve this problem.

I tried to get the options by ID but it forces me to do it for all the custom fields when I would like to have them via a single request.
