Get all statuses for a next-gen project via the REST API

Does anyone know if it's possible to get all the statuses of a next-gen project via the REST API?

  • Using the get all statuses API (rest/api/3/status) returns me an empty array
  • Using the get all status categories API (/rest/api/3/statuscategory) returns me the kanban board columns, but crucially does not include any new columns I have added. I'm also worried that this isn't per-project
  • Using the get all statuses for project API (/rest/api/3/{projectKey}/statuses). This is not supported by OAuth 2 authentication

Is this even possible? I'm aware that there is an open issue around customising the workflow more within next-gen projects (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17434), but I still feel like the API should at least return the current statuses...

Hello @James Sear

Currently it's not possible to get Status IDs of next-gen project. This is an open ticket and work-around also is described in the ticket itself.
