Get error when trying to load active sprints in a project

Jira server on premise version 8.8.1 

Chrome as browser version Version 85.0.4183.121 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Jira Integrity checker is all clean. Still get following error when opening active sprints for a project:

welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Could you kindly confirm this is also happening on a different browser/system?

There are some known problems with Software boards which, to be honest, I doubt to be applying here.

Another common question asked in this case is if there is some custom code in your announcement banner.
In case this applies could you please kindly remove it for a cross-check?

And finally, just to rule out, this is caused by an App could you probably switch all Apps off by using "Safe Mode" in UPM? As this will render your instance (temporarily) barely usable for most users it would be advisable to do so during non-office hours or on a non-production environment configured identically to your live system.
