Get rid of the Biggantt Logo

Hi there, we are test-using Biggantt,

on my screen I just see this the below photo. Whereas my colleagues see a big Logo (IFrame) of Biggant in each ticket. This takes a long time to build up. How can I turn this off - as in my version.

yep, just turn it off.

it drove my users crazy, it takes forever to load.
