Get the comment Created at transition screen, from Postfunction on the same transition

We have a transition which has both a transition screen and a post function.

On the transition screen the user can leave a comment. If a user creates a comment on the transition screen which is shown at the beginning of the transition, then we want to access that comment in the post function which runs at the end of the transition.

How is it possible to access the specific comment which was created at the transition screen if one was created?
