Get users from one group in ldap to jira and adding those users in another group in ldap from jira

Hello

Am trying to retrieve users from one group(ou=people,dc=mydomain,dc=com) which is in openLDAP to jira group new group(eg,test_group) which is possible using "Read Only, with Local Groups" option ,

and also write to another group(ou=JIRA,ou=people,dc=mydomain,dc=com) in ldap from jira.

In short, reading from ou=people,dc=mydomain,dc=com 
And writing to ou=JIRA,ou=people,dc=mydomain,dc=com

Is this possible to do?

Dear @fayaz jira,

most times the LDAPs in Jira as user directories are read-only. Jira will not be able to change anything in those directories.
